摘要
以典型的型芯零件为研究对象,在坐标系中建立非线性方程组,利用二分法迭代求得圆弧与椭圆切点坐标值的数学模型。由所得数学模型,在软件中编制计算器程序,通过计算器计算得到切点坐标值。使用宏程序,编写了型芯零件的数控铣加工程序。
This article uses the typical core parts as the research object, establish nonlinearequations in the coordinate system, Used dichotomy iteration to establish the mathematicalmodel of arc and ellipse tangent point coordinates. Calculator program in software by themathematical model, through the calculator to calculate the tangent point coordinate values.Write the core parts of nc milling machining program by the macroprogram.
