区域旅游产业发展水平的测度与评价

On the Measure and Evaluation of Regional Tourism Industry Development

基于近年来国内外对区域旅游产业发展水平的探索和研究,选择能够反映我国区域旅游产业发展水平的指标,构建包括旅游需求、供给和支撑三个方面的区域旅游产业发展水平综合评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法对我国区域旅游发展水平进行测度、分析、比较及综合评价。研究结果显示:我国区域旅游产业发展水整体呈现良好的发展态势,发展水平差异较大,但是区域内部发展水平趋向合理化;从区域格局看,我国4大区域的区域旅游发展水平呈现出东部较强,中部良好,东北中等,西部较弱的趋势,6年里东部地区区域旅游发展水平持续领先,值得注意的是中部区域的区域旅游发展水平呈现稳步上升态势;区域旅游发展水平与区域经济实力并非一致。

Based on the researches on the development of regional tourism industry level at home and abroad in recent years,this paper chooses indexes reflecting the regional tourism industry development level, constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system, including tourism demand, supply and support. It adopts principal component analysis method to measure, analyze, compare and make comprehensive evaluation. The results show that： China＇s regional tourism industry development level takes on a good developing trend, but regional difference varies much although the development level of each region is reasonable; in terms of spatial pattern, the development level of regional tourism industry takes on a stronger trend in Eastern China, good trend in Central China,medium in the Northeast, and weak in Western China. In the last 6 years, eastern China has been taking the lead, while it is worth noting that the regional tourism development level in Central China is on steady rise. The development level of regional tourism industry is not necessarily in accord with regional economic power.
