Reform and Discussion on Case Teaching in Management Information System of Economic Management Major in the Context of Big Data

大数据时代社会复杂信息系统遇到了新的问题。本文针对经管类专业人才培养的特点,进行了《管理信息系统》案例教学的改革与探讨,注重大数据复杂信息系统教学案例的选取,为了达到不同的教学目标,主要设计了分析型案例、设计型案例、综合性案例三种案例,探讨理论与实践教学的最佳结合点,实施启发性教学、研究性教学与个性化教学等案例教学方法,为加强经管类专业学生大数据时代精细管理、精准分析与实时决策能力的培养提供了有利的条件,能较好地缓解大数据时代社会经济发展高级应用型管理人才紧缺的矛盾。

In the era of big data, social complex information system is faced with new problems. The case teaching of Management Information System is reformed in response to characteristics for talents cultivation of economic management majors.Complex information systems of big data are chosen as teaching cases, in order to achieve different teaching objectives, analysis cases,design cases and comprehensive cases are mainly designed, and instructive teaching, research teaching and individualized teaching are implemented to explore the best combination of theory teaching and practice teaching. This program can provide some favorable conditions for the cultivation of students＇ ability, which are refined management, precise analysis and real-time decision. In the mean time, it can also effectively allevieate the contradiction of the shortage of senior applied management talents in the era of big data.
