谈森林经营对水土资源的保育作用及影响

Functions and Influences of Forest Management on Water and Soli Resources

水土资源是人类生存和发展中不可或缺的自然资源,水土资源的退化对于社会经济发展以及人类生活会产生严重的危害和影响,因此保护水土资源成为目前有关部门和专家学者研究和探讨的一项重要课题。由于森林资源对水文循环有着密切影响,森林经营对水土资源的保护和利用发挥着重要作用。本文以辽宁省丹东市为例,就森林经营对水土资源的保育作用展开了论述,分析了森林经营对水土资源保育功能的影响,并提出了提高水土资源保育功能的有效森林经营措施。

Water and soil are indispensable to human survival and development,and the degradation of water and soil resources seriously influenced social and economic development,and human life,so protection of water and soil resources has become an important issue. Forest resources impacted the hydrological cycle,and forest management have important influence,on soil and water resources protection and utilization. In this paper,the influence of forest management on soil and water conservation was discussed in Dandong,. and the improving forest management to effectively conserved forest soil and water functions were put forward.
