摘要
众多汽车厂商都在研究对于给定的发动机排量、燃烧室形状及缸盖内气道的位置及尺寸等参数的发动机如何在不同的转速下均可以达到最佳的充气效率,从而整体上提高发动机的工作性能。本设计利用气体脉动原理并使用CATIA P3 V5R17三维制图软件对发动机进气系统进行参数化设计,目的在于可以设计出更加优化的进气系统。进气歧管的长度、直径、弯曲角度以及材料等都是属于影响发动机进气脉动效果的重要因素。
Many automobile manufacturers are in the research for a given engine displacement,combustion chamber shape and cylinder head airway position and size parameters of the engine to under different speed can reach the best chargingefficiency,thus,on the whole,improve the working performance of the engine. This design uses the gas pulsation principle and use CATIA P3 V5R17 software parametric design of engine intake system,aims to design a more optimized intake system. The intake manifold length and diameter,bending angle and material are important factors to influence the engine intake pulsation effect.
