摘要
提出了一种定型相变材料与低温供暖末端设备结合应用的方式,通过数值模拟计算得到了相变板在与低温供暖散热器结合应用时的蓄热和放热特性,包括相变板内各节点随蓄、放热时间的变化趋势和板表面的热流密度,以及相变板的蓄满时间等。并以上海地区为例,确定了相变板的最优厚度区间。所提出的应用方式为相变材料在低温供暖领域的应用提供了一种新的思路,并为这种方式的进一步研究和应用提供了基础。
In this paper, the combination of low temperature (30-60℃) heating convectors with shapestabilized transitions numerical Shanghai phase change material plates is proposed. The heat storage and release characteristics of phase in each node, surface heat flux and full time of plate under the combination are analyzed by the simulation. And the optimal thickness range of the phase change plate is determined by taking the area as an example. The combination provides a new way of thinking on the application of phase change materials in the field of low temperature heating and also the basis for the further research and application of this method.
