摘要
随着国家对新增建设用地指标在政策上约束控制越来越严格,城市发展空间越发紧束,工业用地作为城市建设用地的重要组成单元,在城市整体存量用地中占有相当一部分比例,在城市存量用地利用背景下,进行适当城市工业用地转型,已经成为许多城市促进产业升级、提升城市功能、改善居住环境的重要举措施之一。文章对工业用地现状及转型过程中存在问题等进行简要分析并对其转型方式及转型问题相关对策等进行部分研究。
Since the state policy for the newly added construction land control becomes more and more stringent, the urban development space is getting smaller and smaller. As an important part of the urban construction land, the industrial land occupies a substantial proportion of the stock land in the city. Under the context of the urban stock land use, an appropriate transformation of the urban industrial sites has become one of the important measures in many cities to promote the industrial upgrading, enhance urban functions and improve the living environment. This paper makes a brief analysis on the current situation of industrial land and the problems in the transition process, and the related study is made on the industrial land transition mode and transition-related countermeasures.
