摘要 目的探讨神经导航在颅内肿瘤切除中的应用价值。方法采用病例对照研究,导航组和对照组按1:1配对,每组82例颅内肿瘤术病例,比较肿瘤全切除率、神经功能损伤率和住院时间。结果导航组颅内肿瘤全切率95.1%,神经功能损伤率14.6%,平均住院日8天,对照组肿瘤全切率70.7%,神经功能损伤率30.5%,平均住院日15天。结论在颅内肿瘤切除手术中,应用神经导航系统能准确定位肿瘤及重要神经结构,显著提高肿瘤全切率,并降低手术相关的神经功能损伤,具有广泛的应用价值。 Objective To discuss the application value of neuronavigation in intracranial tumor surgery. Methods A 1:1 case-control study of intracranial tumor was performed between navigation group(n=82) and control group(n=82); the total resection rate of tumor,the injury to neural function and the hospitalization duration of the cases in the 2 groups were compared. Results The total resection rate of tumor and the injury to neural function in navigation group were 95.1% and 14.6% while those in control group were 70.7% and30.5%; the average hospitalization duration was 8 days in navigation group while that in control group was 15 days. Conclusions Neuronavigation can provide accurate tumor location and important neural structure, raise the total resection rate of tumor and decrease the surgery-related injury to neural function, it is worthy of wide application.
