新时期“陪伴式”高校学生思政工作模式的构建

“Accompanying-type” Mode of Ideological and Political Work among College Students

在社会政治、经济文化急剧变化的社会背景下,高校师生关系逐渐疏离。在分析了高校师生关系疏离的原因后,结合90后大学生的特征以及高校现行思想政治教育工作模式的不足,提出了构建"陪伴式"高校学生思政工作模式。

With the dramatic change of social politics, economic and culture, the relationship between teachers and students is gradually alienated. This paper analyzes the causes of the alienation of teacher-student relation- ship. Combining the characteristics of college students born during 1990s with the problems in current ideological ＆ political education work mode, this paper puts forward the construction of ＂accompanying-type＂ mode of ideological and political work among college students.
