摘要
在经济发展对人才需求多样性的大背景下,劳务派遣公司因其效率和成本优势备受用人单位欢迎。在近二十年的高速发展中,劳务派遣公司也在为获取竞争优势探索人员派遣的新模式,人才定制模式是其中有益的尝试。该模式化解了劳务派遣公司规模经济与用工企业个性需求之间的矛盾,以顾客的需求为导向,注重客户关系管理;在劳务派遣公司之间建立竞合利益共同体;利用现代信息技术,灵活实施模块化设计;同时,还可通过构建定制策略连续谱系等共同构建劳务派遣公司的核心竞争力。
In the backdrop of the economic development of talent demand diversity, labor dispatching companies because of efficiency and cost advantage are popular among employment companies. In nearly 20 years of rapid development, the labor dispatching companies are exploring new models of personnel dispatch to obtain competitive advantages, among which talent customization pattern is the beneficial attempt. The pattern is to dissolve the contradiction between labor dispatching companies and employment enterprises, with customer demand as the guide, and pay attention to customer relationship management(CRM); the interest community is established among labor dispatching companies; using modern information technology, flexible modular design is implemented; at the same time, customization strategies are formed, so as to promote the core competitiveness of labor dispatching companies.
