分析了三坐标测量同轴度的影响因素,探讨减小CMM测量同轴度误差的方法及提出如何合理选择同轴度测量的方法,并通过工厂实例研究分析基于三坐标测量机的同轴度测量过程,得到接近真实加工实际的测量结果。

The factors to measuring concentricity based on coordinates measuring machine（CMM） was analyzed, the measurement methods to reduce errors were discussed, how to properly select the concentricity measurement methods was proposed, the measurement process based on CMM was researched through factory practice, and the measurement results close to the actual processing were achieved.
