摘要
利用化学法制备粒径在3μm左右的超细铁粉,其铁含量达到98.2%,比表面积大,烧结活性强。通过添加超细铁粉制作铁基胎体配方进行烧结实验,研究其烧结性能和合金化效果;通过测试胎体物理性能,研究超细铁粉对胎体的力学性能和耐热性的影响;通过对比切割实验,探讨了超细铁粉铁基胎体配方在使用性能上的提高。
Ultrafine iron powder of a grain diameter of 3μm prepared through chemical method has a Fe content of 98.2% with large specific surface and a strong sintering activity.The sintering properties and alloying result of it have been studied through sintering experiment in which iron-based matrix formula has been prepared by adding ultrafine iron powder;the influence of ultrafine iron powder on the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the matrix has been studied through the test of physical properties of the matrix;and the improvement of operational performance of ultrafine iron powder based matrix formula has been discussed through comparation of the cutting experiment.
