摘要
目的观察去除颈动脉窦和损伤下丘脑视前区(POA)对外周给精氨酸加压素(AVP)引起大鼠低温的影响。方法实验用成年雄性SD大鼠,去除颈动脉窦或用卡因酸损伤POA。在22℃环境中,用无线遥控测温技术连续记录大鼠体温和活动的变化,10∶00 AM给大鼠腹腔注射AVP(10μg/kg)或生理盐水(等容量)。结果去除颈动脉窦能明显减弱腹腔注射AVP引起低温反应(-1.26±0.32℃),与假手术大鼠降温效应(-1.95±0.22℃)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。损伤POA大鼠,腹腔注射AVP引起的低温反应幅度(-0.8±0.17℃)明显小于假手术大鼠(-1.56±0.22℃,P<0.01)。结论去除颈动脉窦和损伤POA均能够减弱腹腔注射AVP引起的低温反应,提示颈动脉窦压力感受器和POA参与外周给AVP引起的低温反应。
Objective To observe the effect of sinoaortic denervation (SAD) and preoptic area (POA) lesioned on arginine vasopressin(AVP)-induced hypothermia in rats. Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats were submitted to sinoaortic denervation or kainic acid lesioning of the POA. Core temperature and motor activity were monitored by telemetry at an ambient temperature of 22℃. Rats were dosed intraperitoneally at 10∶ 00 with AVP (10μg/kg) or saline (the same volume). Results Sinoaortic denervation (SAD) significantly prevented hypothermia induced by intraperitoneal injection of AVP when compared to sham rats (-1.260.32℃ AVP-SAD vs -1.950.22℃ AVP-sham, P〈0.01). POA lesioned rats treated with AVP had a attenuated decrease in core temperature to sham rats (-0.80.17℃ AVP-POA lesioned vs -1.560.22℃ AVP-sham, P〈0.01). Conclusion Sinoaortic denervation and POA lesioned attenuated hypothermia induced by intraperitoneal injection of AVP, suggesting that sinoaortic baroreceptors and POA would involve in the hypothermic effect of peripheral vasopressin.
