摘要
认知电子战将电子对抗中机器智能的能力描述提升至了前所未有的高度,成为近年来一个重要的研究热点,同时也推动了智能化电子对抗系统的研发。实际上电子对抗系统是一个典型的人机系统,其智能化的发展应该是机器智能与人类智能的和谐统一。围绕这一观点,阐述了认知电子战及其对人工智能发展的依赖,指出了近期内机器智能的差距,通过对"人类计算"这一概念与应用的分析,体现了在人机系统设计与研制过程中,充分发挥人与机器设备各自的优势,从而最终达到人机系统整体性能最优化的目的。最后以电子对抗中欺骗干扰的实施与识别为例,分析了对认知的欺骗与对欺骗的认知之间的辩证关系,展现了人机合一的电子对抗的重要理念,从而为未来电子对抗的发展趋势研究提供了重要参考。
In recent years,the cognitive EW( Electronic Warfare) is a hot spot and greatly enhances the capability description of EW machine intelligence. The development of intelligent EW system is greatly accelerated at the same time. In fact,the EW system is a typical human-equipment system and its development of intelligence is harmonious combination of equipment and human ones. According to this opinion,the cognitive EW dependence relationship on artificial intelligence is explained and its following demerit is pointed out. Then the conception and application of human computation are analyzed. The advantages of human and equipment should be brought into play respectively so as to optimize the performance of integrative human-equipment system. The dialectic relationship between deceiving cognition and recognizing deception is analyzed through the example of deception jamming and anti-jamming. The important idea of human-equipment cooperating EW is exhibited adequately. It is a significant reference for the development trend research of EW in the future.
