摘要
从Doherty功率放大器的基本原理出发,导出Doherty功率放大器设计的关键参数α,并给出该参数同系统信号的峰均比、主峰管之间的功率比、功率放大器阻抗参数之间的关系。根据对该参数的物理关系及传统Doherty功率放大器架构对带宽的限制性因素的研究,探索出一种提升传统Doherty的设计理论和方法,并在工程上进行了验证。
Firstly the key design parameter α is derived based on the basic principle of Doherty RFPA. Secondly the parameter α is related to the system parameter of signal waveform PAPR,the power ratio of the main device versus peak device and the impedance of the matched network. According to the studying of the factors which influence the working bandwidth of the classic Doherty RFPA,a method is explored to improve the working bandwidth of classic Doherty PA,and this method is verified in practical project.
