摘要
针对常规除湿系统响应慢,难以稳定,易受环境变化影响的问题提出了基于模糊控制器的含尘气体除湿系统.仿真结果表明,模糊PID控制算法比常规PID算法性能更优越.实验证明,相对于常规除湿系统,加入了模糊控制器的除湿系统响应速度更快,稳定性更好,更适合于井下含尘气流的除湿.
Coal mine dust and gas dehumidification systemhas been studied in this paper.Because ofthe complexity and changeablenessof the coal mine environment,conventional dehumidification system response is slow anddifficult to stabilize and vulnerable to environmental change,so the paper propose to add an algorithmtothe dehumidification system.In this paper,the fuzzy controller designhas been described and the advantages and disadvantages of conventional PID and fuzzy PID control algorithmcompared.Simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control algorithm is better.The article also experiment proved that compared to the conventional dehumidification system,the dehumidification system with fuzzy controller has a faster response,better stability and better suited to the undergroundenvironment.
