摘要
单核苷酸多态性与眼部疾病的发生、发展和预后有关联。MicroRNA是一类长为18~25 nt的小分子非编码RNA,它们通过与靶mRNA的3’UTR区结合来调控基因表达。过去大量遗传关联研究发现,一些基因编码区的单核苷酸多态性与眼部疾病的易感性相关,但是很少涉及到一些基因非编码区如3’端非翻译区miRNA靶结合位点的遗传关联研究。本文就此研究进展作一简要综述。
Single nucleotide polymorphism( SNP) is related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of some ocular diseases. Micro RNA is a class of about non-coding micro molecule RNA with 18- 25 nucleotides long. They can regulate gene expression by binding to 3 'UTR region of target m RNA. Previously many genetic studies have found that a number of SNP in gene coding regions were associated with the susceptibility of ocular diseases,but rarely involved some SNP in the non-coding regions,such as the mi RNA binding sites in the 3 'UTR region. This article reviews these progresses.
