摘要
硫化氢(H_2S)作为一个新的内源性气体信号分子,参与多种生理与病理效应,如对抗缺血性损伤,减轻氧化应激损伤,抑制细胞凋亡和减轻炎症反应等。目前已从多方面证实了H_2S的治疗潜能,无论是内源性H_2S生成还是外源性供给H_2S,都参与了一系列细胞保护作用。本文综述了H_2S在一些眼科疾病的病理生理过程中的保护机制。
As the third gasotransmitter in the body,hydrogen sulfide( H_2S) plays an important role in both physiology and pathophysiology. It causes effects includes inhibiting ischemic injury,reducing oxidative stress damage,inhibiting apoptosis and reducing inflammation reaction.The potential of H_2S for treatment has already been confirmed,both endogenous H_2S formation and exogenous H_2S supply are involved in a series of cytoprotective effect. This article reviews the role of H_2S in ophthalmic diseases and points out the potential for treatment of H_2S releasing drugs.
