摘要
〔目的〕评价川乌对小鼠二阶段皮肤乳头状瘤的抑制作用以及在癌症化学预防方面的作用。〔方法〕本实验诱发小鼠形成皮肤乳头状瘤的二阶段致癌模型所采用的是经典的DMBA/巴豆油方法,以灌胃的方式给一组小鼠川乌水煎液,以另一组灌蒸馏水的小鼠为对照,利用观察和对比小鼠的动态,以及小鼠的荷瘤数、体质量、体温、自主活动的变化,来观察和评价川乌在不同阶段的抗化学致癌作用。〔结果〕川乌对DMBA/巴豆油诱发的小鼠皮肤乳头状瘤的形成具有抑制作用。〔结论〕川乌具有较强的癌症化学预防作用。
〔Objective〕To evaluate the inhibitory effect of radix aconite two-phase in mice skin papilloma and the role of the radix aconite in cancer chemoprevention. 〔Methods〕Using the classic approach of DMBA / croton oil to induce mice skin papiloma formation of two-phase model. To give a group of mice intragastric administration of radix aconite decoction liquid, compared with another group of mice to infuse distilled water, observe and appraise the change of dynamics, tumor-burdened number,weight, body temperature, autonomic activities, in order to observe and evaluate the chemical carcinogenesis of radix aconite in the different stages. 〔Results 〕Radix aconite have inhibiting effect on mice evoked skin papiloma by DMBA / croton oil.〔Conclusion〕Radix aconite has a strong role in cancer chemoprevention.
