中医药综合疗法治疗消渴病痹症380例临床观察

〔目的〕通过对中医药综合疗法(口服中药汤剂、中药熏洗、中药离子导入、蜡疗)治疗消渴病痹症进行临床观察,从而建立消渴病痹症中医药综合疗法体系及疗效评价标准。〔方法〕采用非随机对照法,根据患者就诊先后顺序及患者的意愿将其纳入治疗组及对照组,治疗组根据辨证采用中医药综合疗法,观察4周,共观察380例,观察其治疗前后临床症状、体征、血糖、血脂、Toronto临床评分、经济学指标及安全指标等进行疗效分析及安全性评估。〔结果〕中医药综合疗法治疗消渴病痹症能显著改善患者麻、凉、疼、痿症状及体征,改善血糖、血脂、Toronto临床评分,总有效率达95%,并且较西医对照组有显著经济学意义。〔结论〕中医药综合疗法治疗消渴病痹症能够有效地缓解麻、凉、疼、痿症状,改善血糖、血脂,Toronto临床评分降低,是一套疗效可靠、安全便捷的治疗方案,值得临床推广。
