鼻内镜引导下手术切除鼻腔血管瘤(附22例临床分析)

Analysis of 22 cases of nasal hemangioma guided by endoscopic sinus surgery

〔目的〕探讨分析鼻内镜引导下手术切除鼻腔血管瘤的疗效。〔方法〕对我院2014年1月至2015年8月间收治的22例在鼻内镜引导下行手术切除治疗的鼻腔血管瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。〔结果〕22例鼻内镜引导下手术切除鼻腔血管瘤患者4例全部治愈,13例显效,5例有效,无效为0例。〔结论〕鼻内镜引导下手术切除鼻腔血管瘤的疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

〔Objective 〕To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of hemangioma.〔Methods〕The clinical data of 22 cases of patients with nasal vascular tumor treated in our hospital from August 2013 to January 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. 〔Results〕22 cases of patients with nasal endoscopic sinus surgery, 4 cases of patients were cured, 13 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective, 0 cases ineffective. 〔Conclusion 〕The clinical efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of nasal hemangioma is remarkable, it is worthy of popularization and application.
