面对当前贯彻落实《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准（暂行）》（以下简称＂《标准》＂）的现状,学习宣传《标准》,深刻领会其基本理念。全面实施《标准》的根本途径：领导重视《标准》,具体措施保障有力;自觉认知《标准》,加强修养内化于心;自身需求《标准》,明确定位外化于行;全面实施《标准》,完善机制准入退出。

Facing the current situation of the implementation of Professional Ability Standard to Counselor of Institutions of Higher Learning（ provisional） here in after referred to as The Standard,we need to study and publicize The Standard,and understand basic ideas deeply; the leaders value standard,and concrete measures should support effectively; It is necessary to acknowledge The Standard consciously and strengthen cultivation,achieving the result that we internalize The Standard in mind; The Standard is our own need.We must have clear positioning,and take actions; we should implement The Standard comprehensively,and the improvement of mechanism of access and exit is the most fundamental approach to comprehensive implementation of The Standard.
