B_2O_3-SiO_2复合添加剂对Nd:YAG透明陶瓷的影响

摘要 采用传统固相法制备了掺杂不同B_2O_3/SiO_2的Nd:YAG透明陶瓷,研究了B_2O_3/SiO_2的引入对Nd:YAG透明陶瓷微观结构的影响。研究结果表明,B_2O_3/SiO_2的引入能够促进Nd:YAG透明陶瓷的烧结,为烧结过程提供液相环境;同时还减少了杂质相的引入。随着B_2O_3含量的增加,Nd:YAG透明陶瓷的致密度和收缩率增大,晶粒尺寸更均匀,且晶粒间和晶粒内的气孔减少。实验结果表明,B_2O_3/SiO_2含量为4:1时为最佳配比。 Nd : YAG transparent ceramics with different B2O3/SiO2 ratio were fabricated by conventional solid--state technique, and the effect of the B2O3/SiO2 ratio on the microstructure of Nd YAG transparent ceramics were investigated. It was found that the addition of B2O3/SiO2 can improve the sintering of Nd YAG transparent ceramics because of the liquidphase. In addition, it reduced content of the second phase. The density and shrinkage rate increases in theNd : YAG transparent ceramics with the increasing the B2O3. Moreover, the pore decreases and a homogeneous grain size in the Nd : YAG transparent ceramics. The Nd . YAG transparent ceramicswith different B2O3/SiO2 exhibited optimum properties at the ratio of 4 : 1.
