我国监理行业转型方向与对策研究

Analysis on the Direction and Countermeasures of Supervision Industry Transformation in China

受理论支撑缺乏、制度不健全、酬金体系不合理等因素影响,监理行业发展面临困境,亟需转型。在分析监理行业发展转型外部和内部驱动力的基础上,从行业重新定位、发挥行业协会作用、加强企业内部管理增强盈利能力角度,提出我国监理行业转型的方向与对策。

Affected by factors naming lack of theoretical support, imperfect supervision system, and the unreasonable compensation system, the development of supervision industry is facing difficulties, and in urgent need of transformation. Based on analysis of internal and external driving forces of supervision industry transformation, the paper proposes directions and countermeasures for supervision industry transformation from the prospective ofrepositioning of supervision industry, playing the role of supervision association, strengthening internal management and enhancing profitability of supervision enterprise.
