现场签证是工程发承包双方在建设过程中补偿合同状态失衡的重要手段,具有快速性与灵活性,但是常因为其效力问题引起双方的争议。根据最高人民法院司法解释,结合2013清单规范以及工程价款结算暂行办法等相关文件的规定,配合实际判例,厘清实现现场签证的法律效力,为双方解决此类纠纷提供共同的依据。

Site visa is an important means that compensating imbalance of contract status in contruction project, and has the property of fast and flexible. The site visa with its effectiveness problems often causes the dispute between the two sides of the contract. According to the supreme court judicial interpretation, combining with provisions of 2013 list specifications and contract price settlement interim measures and other related documents, the paper clarifies the legal effect to achieve visa-site to provide a common basis for the parties to resolve such disputes with the actual case.
