2013工程量清单计价规范下,管理费索赔测定是一个有待解决的现实问题。就此分析管理费索赔机理,提出确定管理费索赔值的百分比法和列项计算法的计算模型,并基于业主视角探讨两类计算模型的选择原则及注意事项,最后结合工程实践印证两个计算模型的差距。
Under the code of valuation with bill quantity (2013 Edition), the determination of management fee compensation is a realistic problem to be solved. The paper analyzes the mechanism of compensation for management fee, proposes two calculation models based on percentage and list method to determine the value, and discusses the principle of the choice of two types of calculation model from the view of owner, finally, verifies the difference between the two models based on the engineering practice.
