摘要 目前BIM在建筑工程中的应用价值已获得人们认可,但其量化评价体系尚未形成。从目标维、过程维和对象维构建建筑工程价值体系,结合建筑全生命周期理论,建立建筑工程BIM应用价值评价维度矩阵;在此基础上,分析BIM在建筑工程中的应用情况,并提出其质量价值、进度价值、投资控制价值的量化评价指标,最终形成BIM应用价值指标体系,从而为BIM在项目管理中的应用效益衡量提供参考。 The application value of BIM in construction engineering has been recognized at present, but its quantitative evaluation system has not been formed. From the target dimension, process dimension and object dimension, the paper builds construction value system, establishes BIM application value evaluation dimension matrix in construction engineering by combining the whole life cycle theory. On the basis, analyzes the application of BIM in construction engineering, and puts forward the quantitative evaluation index system of quality value, progress value and investment control value, provides reference for benefit measurement in the application of BIM in project management.
