Y型钢板与双钢板治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效对比

Study of Y Plate and Double Plate Internal Fixation on Humeral Intercondylar Fractures

【目的】探讨Y型钢板内固定与双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效差异。【方法】回顾性分析本院接受肱骨髁间骨折治疗的患者70例，根据患者意愿分为两组：每组35例，对照组采用Y型钢板内固定治疗，观察组采用双钢板内固定治疗，比较两组患者肘关节功能评分、骨折愈合时间及并发症发生率。【结果】观察组治疗后肘关节功能的优良率为80．00％，明显高于对照组40．00％；观察组骨折愈合时间（8．17±2．62）周、并发症发生率（5．71％）明显低于对照组（11．15±3．64）周、34．29％，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。【结论】肱骨髁间骨折患者采用双钢板内固定治疗，骨折部位固定稳固，愈合时间短，并发症发生率低，值得临床推广应用。

[Objective]To investigate clinical effects of Y plate and double plate internal fixation on humeral intercondylar fractures. [Methods]70 cases of humeral condyle fracture in patients in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to the wishes of patients： 35 cases in each group, The control group was treated with Y-shaped plate internal fixation in the treatment, while the observation group were treated with double plate internal fixation, elbow joint function score, fracture healing time and the incidence of complications of two groups of patients were compare d with.[Results]After treatment, the excellent and good rate of elbow function of the observation group was 80.00%, significantly higher than that of the control group was 40.00% ; fracture healing time of the observation group （8.17 ± 2.62） weeks, complication rate （5.71%） was significantly lower than that of control group （11.15 ±3.64 ） weeks, 34.29%, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Double plate internal fixation on humeral intercondylar fractures can improve the stability of fracture site,reduce fracture healing time, reduce complication occurrence and be worthy of widely application.
