摘要
中国科技期刊近年来取得了长足的进步,但这却没能为中国期刊界赢得相应的国际话语权和影响力。究其原因,中国科技期刊在评价标准、出版产业甚至编辑规范等各个领域都被西方所垄断,这极大地限制了中国科技期刊的进一步发展。因此,我们应积极寻求突破,在期刊评价标准、科技期刊理论和学术出版产业等领域形成具有国际影响力和号召力的"中国话语"。
Chinese scientific journals has made progress in recent years, but failed to win the corresponding international voice and influence to Chinese periodical publishers. The evaluation criteria, publishing industry and even editing criterion have been monopolized by the West, which greatly limit the development of Chinese science journals in future. Therefore, we should seek a breakthrough, form ＂Chinese discourse＂ of great influence and charisma in the areas of editing criterion, scientific journal theory and scholarly publishing industry.
