鼻内镜联合颅外入路行颅鼻沟通瘤切除术的护理配合

Nursing cooperation during resection of cranial nasal tumors under nasal endoscopy combined with extra cranial approach

目的总结鼻内镜联合颅外入路行颅鼻沟通瘤切除术的护理配合经验。方法对10例颅鼻沟通瘤患者行鼻内镜联合颅外入路显微切除手术,做好术前评估,手术特殊器械及用物的准备;术中人员站位及仪器设备摆放布局合理,做好环境及患者安全管理,熟练配合耳鼻喉科及神经外科先后手术;加强术后精密仪器及器械的维护和保养。结果 10例手术均取得成功,手术时间6~13h,住院9~15d出院。随访5~8个月,10例患者恢复良好,未见复发。结论术前正确评估,术中准确娴熟配合是协助耳鼻喉科及神经外科医生顺利完成手术的重要因素。

Objective To summarize nursing cooperation experience in resection of cranial nasal tumors under nasal endoscopy combined with extra cranial approach.Methods A total of 10 patients underwent microsurgical resection of cranial nasal tumors,during which,nursing measure as preoperative evaluation,preparation of special surgical instruments and materials,arranging positions of operation staff and layout of equipment,management of environment and patient safety,skilled cooperation with the ENT and neurosurgeon doctors and postoperative maintenance of precision instruments were proceeded.Results All 10 operations were successful,with the length of operation ranging from 6to 13 h.Patients′hospital stay ranged from 9to 15 days.After five to eight months of follow-up,10 patients recovered well without relapse.Conclusion Accurate preoperative assessment of patients and skilled nursing cooperation by nurses are essential to the success of surgeries performed by the ENT and neurosurgeon doctors.
