某三级甲等医院普外科护士快速康复外科知识水平与护理模式认知调查分析

Knowledge of fast track surgery and related nursing mode among nurses working in department of general surgery in a class 3 grade A hospital

目的调查某三级甲等医院普外科临床护士快速康复外科(FTS)知识水平与护理模式认知状况,并比较不同学历、职称、工作年限护士对快速康复外科观点的异同。方法参照相关文献制定普外科护士FTS知识水平及护理模式认知情况调查问卷,采用整群抽样方法抽取南京市某三级甲等医院普外科护士57名进行调查。结果普外科护士对FTS知识答对率平均为75.3%,不同年龄及工作年限护士FTS理念掌握程度差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护士对FTS护理模式中各项围手术期处理措施认知情况不甚理想,部分护士对FTS护理模式存在错误观点。结论普外科护士对FTS知识掌握水平及FTS护理模式认知情况不甚理想,需开展规范化培训使其明确实施FTS的必要性和重要意义。

Objective To investigate the knowledge of fast track surgery（FTS）and awareness of related nursing mode among nurses working in department of general surgery in a class 3grade A hospital,and compare the views on FTS among nurses with different degrees,titles,and working years.Methods A total of 57 nurses working in department of general surgery were chosen from a class 3grade A hospital in Nanjing using cluster sampling and were investigated using a self-made questionnaire in terms of their knowledge of FTS and awareness of related nursing mode.Results The nurses scored an average of 75.3% for FTS knowledge.Significant differences were observed in their scores among nurses at different age groups,or working years（P〈0.05 for all）.The nurses′knowledge of perioperative management in FTS nursing mode was not satisfactory,and some of the nurses still held wrong views.Conclusion Nurses in department of general surgery is not well aware of FTS nursing mode and standardized training should be conducted to make them clear the necessity and importance of implementing FTS.
