基于胜任力模型的造口伤口失禁专科实习护生培训实践与效果

Practice of providing aprogram in wound,ostomy,and continence care based on the competency model to student nurses:effects evaluation

目的探讨基于胜任力模型的造口伤口失禁专科实习护生的培训效果,并为临床专科护士的培训提供参考。方法以岗位需求为导向,以胜任力模型为依据,对我院138名造口伤口失禁专科实习护生进行为期2个月的全脱产培训,并于培训前后分别完成理论考试、实践考核以及自我评价。结果培训后,所有实习护生均通过了理论和实践考核,成绩显著高于培训前水平,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。培训后的自我评价满意率显著优于培训前。结论基于岗位胜任力模型的造口伤口失禁专科护士培训,能有效提高护生临床护理工作能力,满足医院对专业护理人才的要求。

Objective To explore the effects of a program in wound,ostomy,and continence care based on the competency model provided to student nurses,and to provide references for clinical nurse specialists training.Methods A total of 138 student nurses took part in a two-month program in wound,ostomy,and continence care which was arranged based on the competency model.Before and after the training,students were asked to complete theory and skill examinations and a self-designed assessment questionnaire.Results After training,all the students passed theory and skill examinations with significantly higher scores than before（P〈0.01 for both）.The students′self-evaluation was also significantly better than before the training.Conclusion The program in wound,ostomy,and continence care based on the competency model can effectively improve clinical nursing ability of student nurses,and meet the requirements of hospitals.
