公共权力的异化已逐步成为困扰现今政治生活的一大难题。公共权力的弱化、私有化,以及滥用化等异化现象的出现,极大地损害了人民的合法权益,并对国家的社会管理产生了致命的影响。加强对公共权力异化的监督和制约已成为必然之举,应有之势。在对公共权力相关概念阐释的基础上,针对公共权力异化的原因提出了相应的制约措施和建议。

Alienation of Public Power has gradually become today＇s troubled political life. The alienation such as weakening of public power, abusing of privatization greatly damaged the legitimate rights and interests of the people, and the social management. Strengthening the supervision of public power alienation and restric- tion has become an inevitable move. On the basis of public authority about the interpretation of relevant con- cepts for public power alienation reasons the corresponding control measures and recommendations were put forward.
