摘要 无线电能传输是全新的能量传输方式,针对无线电能传输的高频能量变换问题,设计了以ATmega64单片机为核心的高频变频器。首先,结合无线电能的传输特点,设计了主电路,驱动电路、采样电路、保护电路等控制电路;然后,基于PWM控制技术,提出了瞬时输出电压外环和电容电流内环的双闭环控制策略,并仿真验证了该策略的正确性;最后,通过开发的样机证实了该变频器的有效性。所开发的变频器包含了无线电能传输的核心技术,具有稳定性好、损耗小、可靠性高等优点。 The wireless power transmission is a new way of energy transmission. According to the problem of high- frequency energy conversion in the wireless power transmission, the high- frequency transformer of ATmega64 microcontroller as the core is designed.Firstly, combined the characteristics of the wireless power transmission, the main circuit and the control circuit which included the driving circuit, the sampling circuit, protection circuit are designed. Then, based on the PWM control technology, the instantaneous dual- loop control strategy with outer voltage and inner capacitor current is proposed. And the correctness of the method is verified by simulation. Finally, through the development of the prototype, the effectiveness of the frequency transformer is verified. The de-sign of frequency transformer has the core technology of wireless power transmission, which have many advantages such as good sta-bility, low loss, high reliability.
