摘要
研究了隔离型SEPIC变换器,该拓扑具有Boost型输入结构和高功率因素特性,输入电流纹波小,被广泛应用于带PFC的LED驱动、新能源发电系统等场合。详细分析了该电路工作原理以及相关的电压应力,介绍了减小漏感的变压器绕制方法,并针对隔离型SEPIC变换器特点,设计了漏感能量吸收电路。最后搭建了一台200 W样机进行实验,验证了理论分析的正确性。
An isolated SEPIC is studied in this paper. The structure can realize the electrical isolation compared to the basic SEPIC topology. The converter has the input structure like Boost. It can cut down the input current ripple and achieve high power factor. The converter is suitable for LED driver with PFC or new energy power supply system. In this paper, operation principle is analyzed in detail with the consideration of leakage inductor; voltage stress is calculated in this situation; winding structure of the transform is introduced. Three leakage inductor power absorption circuits are compared and one of them is designed. At last, a 200 W prototype is built to verify the analysis result.
