摘要
考虑了垂直传染和预防接种因素对传染病流行影响的SEIR模型,主要研究了系统平衡点的存在性及其稳定性,得到了预防接种水平的阈值,当预防接种水平超过这个阈值时疾病可以根除.
This study consider an SEIR epidemic model with vertical transmission and vaccination.This study mainly analyze the stability of the equilibrium,and get the threshold of immunization level,furthermore,show that the disease will be eradicated if the immunization level is greater than the threshold.
