促进就业的生物技术专业培养模式和课程的改革——以云南农业大学生物技术专业为例

The Reformation of Specialty Cultivation Mode and Courses Aiming at the Employment——Taking biotechnology specialty of Yunnan Agricultural University as the example

依据云南农业大学生物技术专业往届毕业生的就业情况调查和就业信息对其进行了初步分析,从就业去向、专业课程和技能培养及学校(院)就业指导等几个方面探讨了提高生物技术专业学生就业成功率的潜在途径.同时结合云南省生物资源优势,综合分析了生物技术在生物产业的应用前景,对专业培养模式进行了积极的改革,力求探索一种适合云南省实情的生物技术专业培养模式.

According to the employment investigation and feedback of past graduates from our speciality,the graduate＇s employment information and the structure of special course,employment instruction from correlative section were discussed gradually in this study.Based on the discussion,the potential pathway of improving the employment successful possibility was pointed out.Meanwhile,the applied prospect of biotechnology in bioindustry was evaluated upon the developing state of biological resource advantage of Yunnan Province.This work also forced positive reform of specialty cultivation mode and through it an appropriate mode which is perfectly combined with the fact of Yunnan Province are expected.
