高水平大学创新创业教育生态系统建设及启示

The Innovative and Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem of High-level and some Recommendation to China

近年来,在国家相关政策的引导下,我国高校创业教育在取得积极成效的同时也面临着一些主要问题,其中较为突出是在构建创业生态系统中出现师资队伍建设上应然与实然的差距、课程体系构建上理论与实践的脱节、创业教育支持机制上一体化与分散化的矛盾等问题。英国伦敦国王学院作为全球领先的创业型大学,通过构建有效的创业教育生态系统来确保创新创业活动作为长期战略发展不可分割的一部分,并在创业型人才培养和大学衍生公司发展中产生了显著影响,对改进我国创业生态系统有一定的借鉴作用。

In recent years, under the guidance of relevant government’s policies, entrepreneurship education in our Country has achieved positive results while also facing some major problems, which including the lack of entrepreneurial professional staffs, disconnection between the practice and theory in curriculum system of entrepreneurship and integration-decentralization confliction on entrepreneurship education support mechanisms and other issues. As an advanced global entrepreneurship university, KCL succeed in its the effective entrepreneurship education ecological system which ensure its innovative entrepreneurial activities to be an integral part of their long-term strategic development, and also exert a positive impact on entrepreneurial talents cultivating and starts-up, which could give us some recommendations.
