高职公司制平台培养模式的壁垒与出路

摘要 公司制平台是以企业管理学为手段,以职业素质与能力为导向,以“校企合作,工学结合”为特色的职教新模式。该模式未尽成熟,在实现高效管理的同时,也存在价值导向、评价方式、权利诉求、课程设计等诸多方面的壁垒。树立以“人格、人性、人生”为导向的高职培养路径,健全人格、富于人性,对高职教育的长远发展意义重大。 "The company platform"has become a new vocational education model which take enter- prise management as a means,to professional quality and ability as a guide,to "school-enterprise co- operation, combining learning with" as Characteristic. However, such a model entirely mature, effi- cient management of higher vocational education, while there will be value-oriented, evaluation meth- ods, the fight to appeal, curriculum design and other aspects of the barriers. Establish Vocational Training path "personality, humanity and life" oriented, sound personality, full of humanity, the har- vest of life, long-term development of vocational education is significant.
