摘要
在职业教育的探索过程中,中国和新加坡的职业院校在实践教学上都经历了从“模拟”到“模仿”再到“融合”的过程。现以新加坡南洋理工学院的“教学工厂”和宁波城市职业技术学院的“实体公司”为例.比较中新两国职业教育的实践教学模式,以期能够更好地借鉴和吸收新加坡职业教育的先进理念,完善我国职业院校的实践教学模式,有效解决我国高职院校学生的实践能力和创新能力的培养路径问题。
The high vocational Colleges not only in China but also in Singapore have been in the processof which is from simulation to imitation then to fusion. Now taking "Teaching Factory Concept" of NYP and "Business Entity Concept" of NCC as example, the two practice teaching modes are compared in the article in order that we can learn better from the experience of the latest Singapore- an concepts of vocational education, and then we can perfect our practice teaching mode andexplore a suitable way to improve the students'practice and innovationabilities.
