广州市区县环境竞争力评价研究

Evaluation on Environment Competitiveness of Guangzhou districts

近年来环境在城市竞争中的作用日益凸显,城市在经济转型升级的关键时期,迫切需要提升环境竞争力,以优良的环境质量和利用环境资源创造价值的能力来参与国际竞争。而城市的整体环境竞争力是在各区、县环境竞争力的基础上形成的,提升各区(县)环境竞争力有利于提升城市环境竞争力。首先论述了环境竞争力的概念及内容,构建了广州区县环境竞争力评价模型,然后对评价结果进行详细的分析,并提出有关建议。

In recent years,the role of the environment has become increasingly prominent in the city competition. In the period of economic transformation and upgrading,the city urgently needs to enhance its environment competitiveness to participate in international competition which can rely on the excellent environment quality and the ability using environmental resources to create value. The environmental competitiveness of city is based on the environmental competitiveness of the city＇s districts,enhancing the environmental competitiveness of the district（ country） can help enhance the environmental competitiveness of the city. The paper discusses the concept and the content of the environmental competitiveness firstly and then builds the county environmental competitiveness evaluation model. The paper detailed analyzes the results of the evaluation and makes some recommendations.
