By Regulating Policies to Promote the Country Consumption

农村消费在促进经济结构调整，保持国民经济持续健康发展方面发挥着更加重要的作用，但目前一些政策制约了农村消费，必须通过以增加农民收入为指导思想，减轻农民负担，改革户籍制度，加大农村基础设施投资等措施，来推动农村消费，满足发展的需要。

Abstract : The country Consumption bring into play more weight important to promote regulation of economic structure and keep up the whole economy to persistent and healthy development , but at present , some policy restrict with the country consumption. Government must impulse the country consumption to satisfy the need of next development through change the directive idea to increase peasantry income, relieving peasantiy burden, reforming registered permanent residence system and increasing the country base facility investment.
