消癌平注射液联合GP化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效研究

Clinical Effects of Xiaoaiping Injection Combined with GP Chemotherapy Regimen in Treating Patients with Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:研究消癌平注射液联合GP化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效。方法:将72例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,以随机抽样方法分为GP治疗对照组和GP+消癌平注射液联合治疗组,两组均为36例,入组患者至少接受2个周期以上的化疗,观察两组近期疗效、毒副反应、生活质量和生存期。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为30.5%和27.8%,两组患者近期疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中位生存期为14.9个月和15.1个月,1年生存率58.9%和56.2%,两年生存率分别为34.3%和17.2%。两组除中性粒细胞减少存在显著性差异,其他血小板减少、血红蛋白减少、胃肠道反应、肝肾功能损害等不良反应发生率的没有显著性差异。结论:消癌平注射液联合GP化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌没有明显提高患者的近期疗效,但能减轻GP方案对机体的毒副反应,能减少化疗期间中性粒细胞减少的发生率和严重程度,提高机体免疫力,提高远期疗效和患者的生活质量的趋势。

Objective： To study the clinical curative effect of Xiaoaiping Injection combined with GP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods： 72 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,with a random sampling method,were randomly divided into GP treatment group and GP ＋ Xiaoaiping Injection combined treatment group,36 cases in each.The patients in the two groups received at least 2 cycles of chemotherapy.Adverse reactions,quality of life and survival rate were compared.Results： The total effective rate was 30.5% in the treatment group and 27.8% in the control group and the difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.The median survival periods were 14.9 months and 15.1 months and the 1 year survival rates were 58.9% and 56.2% respectively and 2-year survival rates were 34.3% and 17.2% respectively.There were significant differences in the two groups ＇ reduction of neutrophils.Thrombocytopenia,hemoglobin decrease,gastrointestinal reaction,liver and kidney function damage and other adverse reactions were not significantly different.Conclusion： Xiaoaiping Injection combined with GP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer significantly increased the curative effect but can reduce the adverse reactions of GP scheme on the body and can reduce neutropenia,enhance immunity and improve the long-term efficacy and patients＇ quality of life.
