清热化湿法对幼年营养性肥胖大鼠血脂及脂肪细胞的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨清热化湿法对幼年营养性肥胖大鼠体重、血脂、脂肪细胞以及肝细胞脂肪变性的影响;筛选出更为合理有效的清热化湿减肥配方。方法:建立幼年营养性肥胖Wistar大鼠模型,用时7周。设正常组,模型组、对照组(阳性药L-肉碱组)、清热组、化湿组、清热化湿组,每组各10只。各组大鼠每日灌胃给药,定时记录大鼠摄食量、体重、体长,测算Lee’s指数。用药8周后处死各组大鼠,腹腔静脉取血检测血生化;记录肾周及附睾周围脂肪重量,测算脂肪系数;制作病理切片,观察附睾周围脂肪细胞的大小与肝细胞脂肪变性的情况。结果:1造模:造模后大鼠的体重明显增加,与正常组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。2干预后,大鼠体重及Lee’s指数,脂肪细胞及脂肪系数均有降低,与模型组比较P<0.01或P<0.05;甘油三酯(TG)、血糖(Glu)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)均有降低,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)均有升高,与模型组比较P<0.01或P<0.05,以清热化湿组最为明显;肝细胞:模型组可见肝细胞脂肪变性,肝细胞充满脂质,呈空泡状;干预后可见少许细胞脂肪变性,余均为正常肝脏组织,以清热化湿组明显。结论:清热化湿法对幼年营养性肥胖大鼠有明显的减肥及改善糖脂代谢、保护肝脏组织的作用,以清热化湿组效果最为明显。 Objective: To investigate the antiobesity action of Qingre Huashi method for juvenile rats with nutritional obesity.Methods: It took seven weeks for establishing the model of juvenile rats with nutritional obesity.60 rats were divided into 6 groups: normal group,model group,control group( L-carnitine group),Qingre group,Huashi group and Qingre Huashi group,10 in each group.Rats in each group were lavaged and took the medicine daily.Body weight and body length were recorded and the Lee's index was calculated.The rats were sacrificed after 8 weeks,taking out blood from abdominal vein to test biochemical changes.Fat weights of perirenal and around the epididymis were recorded,including the fat coefficient.Pathological sections were made to observe the adipose cell size around the epididymis and fatty generation of liver cells.Results: The body weights of rats after modeling were significantly increased compared with the normal group( P〈0.01).Rats' sbody weight,Lee's index,fat cells and fat coefficient were decreased after the intervention and compared with model group,there was significant difference,P〈0.01 or P〈0.05.The serum triglyceride( TG),blood glucose( Glu) and low density lipoprotein( LDL) were decreased and high density lipoprotein( HDL) were increased and compared with model group,there was significance,P〈0.01 or P〈0.05.The most obvious was in Qingre Huashi group.Fatty degeneration and vacuolated lipid of liver cells were discovered.After the intervention,the majority was normal cell except a few fatty degeneration.The most obvious was in Qingre Huashi group.Conclusion: It is effective for Qingre Huashi method applied to juvenile rats with nutritional obesity,lossing weight,improving glucose and lipid metabolism and protecting the liver tissue significantly.Qingre Huashi group was most obvious.
