基于《中医针灸信息库》对针灸治疗痛经多因素分析

A Multiple-Factor Analysis of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment of Dysmenorrhea Based on TCM Acupuncture Information Database

目的:回顾2004年—2013年针灸文献,探索针灸治疗痛经取穴和治疗方法的规律,并进行多因素分析。方法:根据《中医针灸信息库》数据,采用计量分析方法进行综合分析。结果:影响痛经针灸效应的因素主要有选穴、针灸方法、针灸与其他疗法的联用等。结论:全面控制影响因素,综合评估疗效,对针灸治疗痛经的方案进行优化,从整体上提高针灸疗效。

Objective： Back in 2004—2013 acupuncture literature,to discuss the rules of selecting points and therapies of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of dysmenorrhea and to analyze？ the multiple-factors.Methods： According to the Chinese medicine acupuncture database data,use econometric analysis methods for comprehensive analysis.Results：Dysmenorrhea acupuncture effect factors are mainly acupuncture points selection,acupuncture method and the combination of acupuncture and other treatments,etc.Conclusion： Comprehensive controlling influence factors and evaluation of curative effect as well as the optimization scheme of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of dysmenorrhea can improve the acupuncture curative effect on the whole.
