摘要
充血性心力衰竭是各种心脏疾病发展到严重阶段的一种复杂的临床症状群,近年来其发病率呈持续上升趋势。真武汤是汉代医圣张仲景《伤寒论》中的经典方剂,其功效为温阳利水,在临床各领域中得到了广泛的应用。结合经典理论及近年来相关文献的研究,真武汤治疗充血性心力衰竭,避免了服用西药带来的不良反应,提高了患者的生活质量,取得了良好的疗效。
Congestive Heart Failure is a complex clinical syndrome that appeared in various heart diseases ＇severe stage.In recent years,the morbidity of Congestive Heart Failure is rising.Zhenwu Decoction is a classical prescription in Treatise on Febrile Diseases written by ZHANG Zhongjing,who was known as Chinese medicine-holy in Han Dynasty.Its effect is warming Yang and promoting Diuresis and it has been widely used in various clinical areas.Combining classical theory with other researches,Zhenwu Decoction can avoide adverse reactions of western medicines,increase patients＇ life quality,and gain better effects in treating Congestive Heart Failure.
