清肺化痰方治疗变异性哮喘效果研究

Effect of Qingfei Huatan Formula in Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

目的:研究自拟清肺化痰方治疗变异性哮喘患者的效果。方法:随机将84例患者进行分组,观察组和对照组均采用相同西医治疗,氨茶碱,0.1 g/次,3次/d;富马酸酮替芬片2 mg,夜间顿服。观察组加使用清肺化痰消咳方,1次1袋,2次/d。结果:1实验与对照组相比,特异性哮喘的有效率和复发率均有显著差异(P<0.05)。2两组者治疗后肺功能指标第1秒用力呼气容积(PEV1)、最大用力呼气峰流量(PEF)均较治疗前明显升高,血清Ig E、痰液嗜酸性粒细胞计数、痰液IL-4较治疗前明显降低,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.05)。3治疗后.观察组FEV1、PEF明显高于对照组,血清Ig E、痰液嗜酸性粒细胞计数、痰液IL-4明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟清肺化痰方治疗痰菌阳性咳嗽变异性哮喘患者标本兼治,总有效率高且复发率低,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To analyze the effect of Qingfei Huatan Formula in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Method： Eighty-four cases were divided into observation group（ 42 cases） and control group（ 42 cases）.All the patients were treated with Aminophylline tablets,0.1 g,3 times / d; Ketotifen Fumarate Tablets,0.2 mg,1 time / d.Observation group were treated with Qingfei Huatan Formula combined with western medicine while control group only with the same western medicine.Result： 1The overall response rate and recurrence rate of cough variant asthma in observation group had statistical difference compared with those of the control group（ P〈0.05）.2To all the patients,PEV1 and PEF were significantly higher after treatment.The serum Ig E,sputum eosinophil count and IL-4 were significantly lower and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.3Comparing two groups,PEV1 and PEF of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The serum Ig E,sputum eosinophil count and sputum IL-4 were significantly lower than the control group＇s after treatment（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： When treating cough variant asthma,Qingfei Huatan Formula treats not only the symptoms,but also the causes,with high overall response rate and low recurrence rate,worthy of clinical use.
