疏肝健脾方剂治疗肝郁脾虚型脾胃病临床分析

Shugan Jianpi Formula in Treatment of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type of Stomach-Spleen Disease

目的:探讨疏肝健脾方剂治疗肝郁脾虚型脾胃病的效果。方法:选取2014年1月—2014年12月医院收治的肝郁脾虚型脾胃病患者120例,随机分为对照组同研究组各60例,对照组患者使用常规西医治疗治疗,研究组患者使用疏肝健脾方剂治疗,对比两组患者的治疗结果。结果:在两组患者的治疗结果方面,研究组患者的有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的症状总积分均有显著改善,研究组患者低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝郁脾虚型脾胃病的治疗过程当中,使用疏肝健脾方剂能够显著减轻患者的临床症状,从而减轻患者痛苦并改善患者生活质量,疗效安全确切,并且经济实惠,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shugan Jianpi Formula on liver depression and spleen deficiency type of stomach-spleen disease.Methods： A total of 120 cases in the hospital from January 2014 to December2014 were randomly divided into two groups.Sixty patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment and the study group patients with Shugan Jianpi Formula.We compared the results of the two groups.Results： The study group＇s efficiency was significantly better than the control group ＇s（ P〈0.05）.After treatment,both groups showed significant improvement in total symptom score.The study group was better than the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Shugan Jianpi Formula on liver depression and spleen deficiency type of stomach-spleen disease can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms,and thus reducing the sufferings and improving the quality of life.The exact clinical efficacy and safety and economic benefits should be further promoted on the clinical applications.
