基于膝关节彩超评价电针透穴疗法配合补正续骨丸治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎临床疗效

Efficacy Evaluation of Electric Acupuncture of Penetration Needling Combined with Buzheng Xugu Pill in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis with Liver and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome by Ultrasound

目的:通过电针透穴疗法配合补正续骨丸治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎,探索综合康复方案的临床疗效,为临床推广应用提供依据。方法:将60例膝骨性关节炎患者采用计算机随机数字法简单随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,对照组采用电针透穴和外用扶他林治疗,试验组采用电针透穴和外用扶他林并配合补正续骨丸治疗,连续治疗15 d,即1个疗程。两组患者在治疗前、后按安全性指标,膝关节X线和彩超等疗效评价指标进行评价。结果:60例患者均完成试验研究,无病例脱落,未发生临床不良事件,其中试验组和对照组均为30例。结果显示,两组治疗前、后膝关节彩超指标(滑膜厚度和关节腔积液高度)比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),两组疗后-基线变化情况的比较试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针透穴疗法配合补正续骨丸治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎临床疗效确切,有一定的临床推广和应用价值。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the electric acupuncture of penetration needling combined with Buzheng Xugu Pill on treating liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of knee osteoarthritis（ KOA）.Methods： Sixty cases were randomly divided into experimental group（ 30 cases） and control group（ 30 cases）.The control group was treated by electric acupuncture of penetration needling and voltaren for external use.The experimental group combined Buzheng Xugu Pill besides the above treatment.The course of treatment was 15 days.The effect was evaluated according to safety indexes,knee-joint X-ray and ultrasound before and after treatment.Results： All of the 60 cases completed the study（ control group 30 cases and experimental group 30 cases without disappearance and clinical adverse events）.The indexes of knee-joint ultrasound,which the sonographic characteristics of knee-joint effusion and synovial membrane before and after treatment had a very significant improvement（ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,but with a better result in the experimental group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： It is effective of electric acupuncture of penetration needling combined with Buzheng Xugu Pill for treating knee osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,which is contributed to evaluating the clinical efficacy.
