关于吉林省私营经济发展情况的调查与思考

吉林省私营经济的发展与发达地区相比，还存在许多矛盾和问题。“十五”期间应采取切实有效的措施加以解决。第一，在全社会营造一个有利于非公经济发展的良好氛围；第二，加强对私营经济发展的正确引导；第三，扶持龙头企业，充分发挥其带动作用；第四，为私营经济发展创造公平竞争的环境；等等。

Abstract : Some contradictions and problems still exist in the private economy of Jilin province compared with the developed provinces. During the 15th Party congress, therefore, Some measures should be taken: First , form the development of the a good atmosphere which contributes to the development of the private economy; second, strengthen the correct guidence of the private economy development; Third , support the tap enterprises; Fourth, soften the terms to produce a condition of a fair competition for the private economy development,etc.
